The Kaduna State University invites interested and eligible students to apply for Intra-University and Inter-University transfers for the 2025/2026 academic session.
This provides an opportunity for KASU students seeking to transfer across departments within the university and for students from other universities seeking to transfer to KASU.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
A. Intra-University Transfer (Within KASU):
- Minimum level: 200 Level
- Minimum CGPA: 1.00
- Must have completed at least
two consecutive semesters at
KASU. - Must satisfy the university’s
entry requirements for the
intended programme.
2. Inter-University Transfer (From other universities to KASU):
- Minimum level: 200 Level or above
(300 and 400 for MBBS, Allied Health, and Pharmaceutical Sciences). - Minimum CGPA: 2.40 from the previous university.
- Must have completed at least
two consecutive semesters at
KASU. - Must meet KASU’s admission
requirements (UTME cut-off and subject combinations).
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
- Primary School Certificate
- O-Level Results
- Indigene Certificate
- Nationality Identification Number (NIN).
- UTME/DE Result Slip (not applicable for foreign transfer).
- JAMB Admission Letter (not applicable for foreign transfer).
- Official Result from current department (for intra-university transfer).
- Official Academic Transcript from former university (for inter-university transfer).
- Letter of Release/Clearance from former university (for inter-university transfer).
- Federal Ministry of Education Attestation (for foreign transfers).
- e-Passport photograph (for foreign transfer).
- Proof of application fee payment
